Sir Richard Branson's Daughter, Holly, Married!

Holly-branson-300

Holly Branson, daughter of Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson, has officially tied the knot. Holly married ship broker Fred Andrews on Necker Island, Branson's private island that had been ravaged by fire over the summer, reports Daily Mail. And though the two were surrounded by the ruins of the great house on the island, they seemed to only have eyes for one another.

From the front row of the ceremony, Sir Richard Branson and his wife, Lady Joan, beamed at the bride and her new husband. "It's definitely our special place and it looked absolutely beautiful, even thought it was still very rustic -- there are still piles of rubble -- it was dramatic. And it's stunning because you're at the top of a hill so there are incredible panoramic views," said one insider. But dealing with the ruins of the fire wasn't the only trouble the wedding ran in to. The small island was also hit with a tropical storm. Andrews told Hello magazine in the UK, "The girls spent hours getting ready, only to have the rain and winds ruin it -- but they still looked beautiful and it added to the spirit of the occasion. It certainly wasn't going to spoil our day." Andrews and Branson, who met while in school at Oxford together.

The wedding included two royals, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who skipped the Queen's annual pre-Christmas lunch in order to be in attendance for the December 20th nuptials.

And in true billionaire fashion, the ceremony followed four days of festivities, that included sailing races, beach Olympics and a volleyball tournament, won by the bride-to-be. In all, about 100 guests attended the exclusive ceremony.

Details from Lauren Bush's Wedding

LaurenBushWed-580

We all knew that Lauren Bush and David Lauren's wedding would be stylish and chic -- but now we've got the photos to prove it.

The couple, who wed over Labor Day weekend has released a few of their wedding photos to Vogue magazine and sat down to dish on the details, reports the Daily Mail. Lauren Bush, niece of former President George W. Bush and granddaughter of former President George H.W. Bush, married David Lauren, the youngest son of fashion legend Ralph Lauren in a wedding that felt both intimate and western inspired -- but also extremely luxurious.

The couple dressed the part of an old Western film, with Lauren donning a gown with long lace sleeves, a high neck, and long veil and wrap around headband and David wearing a three piece suit complete with what looks to be a chain pocket watch. The bride and her entire bridal party wore cowboy boots -- with Lauren wearing blue socks -- rather than customary heels and Lauren even arrived to the ceremony in a open horse-drawn buggy.

The dress itself, while traditional with its long sleeves and high neck, had a modern twist, with a cut-out back. The top layer of the dress consistent of antique ivory tulle that was embellished with silk and metallic thread, following a Renaissance-era scroll design that took a team of 100 over 3,000 hours to sew.

The wedding itself incorporate Western elements -- including a country singer -- but also kept other traditions, like a Jewish ceremony. The reception barn contained a fragrant mix of gardenias, roses and lilies. "It was very romantic," an onlooker said at the time. "The couple looked so genuinely happy."

Details of Kim Zolciak's Wedding!

Kim-Zolciak-580

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak wed her beau Kroy Biermann in... just what you'd expect. A large, over-the-top, ornate wedding gown in a large, over-the-top ornate ceremony at their home in Roswell, Georgia on 11/11/11, reports EW.com.

In their official wedding photo, released to Life & Style magazine, the bride can be seen wearing a double duchess satin Baracci gown (that we think is a little Scarlett O'Hara-esque, right?) that she bought on PreOwnedWeddingDresses.com for about $58,000. But the bride hardly stopped there. Not to be out done by other Hollywood brides who are famous for... something (yes, we're looking at you Kim Kardashian), Zolciak also had two more costume changes throughout the evening, wearing a total of 3 gowns that cost around $92,000, according to Huffington Post. Total cost of the wedding? Estimated at $1 million. And while we're guessing she didn't foot the entire bill herself, Kim's new spinoff, her own reality show, probably didn't hurt in promoting the wedding.

"I just remember thinking, this is the day I've waited my whole life for," Zolciak tells Life & Style. "I really do feel like I’m dreaming."

The couple also spared no expense when it came to the wedding cake: An 11-tier confection that reportedly cost about $14,000. We couldn't find all of Zolciak's dresses, but we did find what might have been her third ensemble from the spring 2012 Pnina Tornai runway collection. See the photos after the jump.
