Justin Bieber Proposed Twice to Selena Gomez?

There was a blind item a few weeks ago that hinted towards "a young couple that will be getting engaged in the near future" and that the heartthrob already proposed a few months ago to the young starlet.

 

All signs pointed towards Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, and this has finally been confirmed!

 

Apparently, Justin asked Selena to marry him a few months ago and she said "no." As if that wasn't a good enough answer for him, he asked again a few weeks later and she again said “no.” We wonder if this has anything to do with their recent breakup?
