Evan Rachel Wood, star of True Blood married Billy Elliot star Jamie Bell on Tuesday in California. The couple wed in a small ceremony surrounded by family and close friends. According to Us Weekly, The bride wore a custom Chantilly lace mermaid gown by Carolina Herrera with capped-sleeves and striped ribbon waist detail."
