The Limited to Debut Bridal Collection in June

Limited_weddinggowns_580

Looks like The Limited is the next mainstream designer to jump on the bridal bandwagon.

As you may already know, retailers like Anthropologie and J. Crew have released bridal collections. Now The Limited is following suit. The new line will be available exclusively on their website starting June 3 (just in time for that summer wedding!). While the collection is still small -- just two bridal gowns and two bridesmaid dresses -- the price points are just as attractive as the styles. Both gowns will retail for just $298 and the bridesmaids dresses will be available for just $89.50. Those prices are a steal, especially when you consider the high-quality silk they're using.

According to LuckyMag.com, VP of design Elliot Staples released a statement saying, "Our customers are always telling us that they wear our dresses to weddings so this was a natural progression. We're keeping the aesthetic the same -- clean, classic, and feminine -- but now we're able to capture a new part of the same customer's life [her wedding day]."

Gorgeous and affordable? Sounds like a good idea to us. What do you think? Will you shop for your gown at The Limited, or could you imagine a celebrity donning one of these? Weigh in below!

Alicia Keys engaged to Swizz Beatz

Aliciakeys_swizz_250

It's official! After months of rumors and speculation, Alicia Keys has finally come clean about her engagement to producer Swizz Beatz. And that's not the only big news the couple has to share.

The happy couple is also expecting their first baby together, reports People.com.

"They're very happy," a source close to the couple tells People.com and are planning to tie the knot "in a private ceremony later this year." And like lots of celeb couples, this one seems to be a match romantically and professionally. As fans already know, Alicia is a Grammy award-winning artist while Swizz Beatz, 31, whose real name is Kasseem Dean, has produced music for stars like Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Gwen Stefani.

The pair, who have been together since 2008, made their engagement announcement shortly after they were seen getting cozy on the red carpet at London's Black Ball, an event that raised money for Alicia's charity, Keep a Child Alive.

And though Alicia has been shy when it comes to talking about her relationship, she did open up earlier this year about wanting to have kids. In March, Alicia told the U.K's Daily Record that she was "very interested in starting a family," reports the NY Daily News. "It is one of the most beautiful experiences to have in this life, and I am looking forward to it when it is my time." Looks like she may get that time sooner than she thought.

No word yet on whether the couple will be waiting until after the baby to tie the knot. And, like we saw with Bethenny Frankel, a baby bump can definitely change the style of dress the bride wears. So you tell us, what kind of dress do you think Alicia should wear? Take our poll below!

Steve from "Tough Love" stops by

Steve_ward_250

Who doesn't need a little Tough Love? We do.

"Tough Love" host and relationship guru, Steve Ward stopped by our office this afternoon -- with his mom, Joann! -- to take all kinds of relationship questions and talk about the latest season of "Tough Love Couples."

If you haven't seen the show (and we highly recommend it), "Tough Love Couples" centers around couples who have been on the rocks and are unable to truly commit for one reason or another. They go through the "Tough Love Bootcamp" on the show to find out if they're made to last. In the end, couples are asked to either get engaged or call it quits for good.

With a show like that, it probably comes as no surprise that Steve is a real straight shooter -- he tells it like it is. Here are couple of Q&A's we went through during his visit.

What type of behavior should send up the biggest red flag before a couple gets married?

Steve: Wandering eyes. If he's always looking to see if the grass is greener on the other side of the fence, that fence is only going to get lower once you get married.

What are the 3 biggest things every couple should agree on?

Steve: Sex, kids and religion.

What was the most outrageous moment on this season of "Tough Love Couples"?

Steve: It had to be when I sat down with Sherry and she painted with great detail the sexual relationship she had with Ryan.[For those who may not remember, Ryan was the guy who swore again and again that he had not cheated on Axelle... until Steve brought the girl he had cheated with, Sherry, on to the show].

Joann: We believe in honesty. There's never a reason to lie. And Ryan had every chance to come clean. To confess. And he didn't. When you lie, you're going to get caught, and if you don't, it's just bad karma. Axelle didn't want to watch the video of Sherry, but I made her. I didn't want her to go home and fall into the same pattern with Ryan. Just think -- if he's lying on national television, just think what he will do when he gets home.

What's the tell-tale sign that your man is cheating?

Steve: When he starts being too nice. If you just come home and he got your flowers one day for no reason -- and he doesn't usually do that -- you should probably ask, 'Why did you get me flowers?' If there's a change in behavior for no reason, you should ask. He's being nicer because he's feeling guilty.

The wedding episode of "Tough Love Couples" -- where some of the couples will actually be married by Steve -- premieres on May 31. Take our poll below and tell us, would you go on TV to save your relationship?

Model Lara Stone gets married!

Lara_stone_250

One of fashion's favorite models, Lara Stone has tied the knot in a very lavish ceremony.

The "It" girl of the year, Lara has been featured on the cover of practically every major fashion magazine include W magazine and Vogue, and is known for her trademark gap-toothed smile. She's been dating British comedian, David Williams, for a little over a year, and when the two finally decided to say "I Do," they pulled out all the stops.

The couple reportedly danced to Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson's version of "Beauty and the Beast" for their first dance, reports Marie Claire.co.uk. "It sounds cheesy but it was actually a genuinely touching moment," one onlooker told Britain's Sun. The wedding, which cost an estimated 80,000 pounds also included an incredible synchronized swimming display in a rooftop pool!

But now on to the more important topic: what the bride wore. Lara donned a corseted gown in ivory washed silk satin, with lace and gold chain trimmed straps, all custom made for her by Ricardo Tisci for Givenchy Couture. Talk about a one-of-a-kind gown. As the happy couple left the reception at Claridge's in London, however, the bride slipped into this glittering gold frock.

We think the dress is so gorgeous -- definitely fit for an A-list model, and we love the idea of changing into something short and sweet for your grand exit at the end of the night. What do you think, are you going to change into another fun frock at the end of the night? Take our poll and share your comments below!

A-List Bride: Well Suited

Celeb_buzz_blog

With my wedding a week away (gasp!), I still have honeymoons- mine in particular- on the brain. And since we've covered the cover-up, let's focus on the suits. While I still appreciate a good bikini as much as the next girl, much like the romper, I'm loving the one piece swimsuit right now.

Celebs like Blake Lively and Miranda Kerr have rocked this look, exuding confidence and class. There's something so retro and romantic about these suits. They're glamorous and regal. More Monte Carlo less Myrtle Beach. For me, one pieces conjure up images of previous eras where women left a little to the imagination... Imagine that! Not to be confused with the tragic monokini trend á la Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, these suits are stylish and sexy, yet not too skimpy. Sometimes more is more. But make no mistake, this is not your mom's suit. These one pieces are still sure to turn heads.

Onepiece_swimsuits

And on days where you've had perhaps a little too much sun or salt- they’re perfect for shielding you from the rays and the bloat! So suit up!

And tell us, what type of suit are you packing for your honeymoon?

Sienna and Jude to tie the knot?

Sienna_jude_wedding_250

Are Jude Law and Sienna Miller fianlly ready to tie the knot? That's what inside sources are saying, reports Britian's Daily Mail.

The on-again-off-again-on-again couple has supposedly gotten engaged and is now planning a secret wedding in Gloucesterhire this summer.

Sienna, 28, who starred in the cult favorite "Factory Girl" (and made a highly talked about appearance in "The September Issue" for her Vogue cover), reportedly wants a "bohemian-style" wedding and has even asked her sister, Savannah, to design the dress. (The sisters have a clothing line together called Twenty8Twelve).

One source told the Daily Mail, "They don't want to jinx things by talking about it, but they have told their nearest and dearest that they would like to get married in the summer."

The couple are planning to have a second wedding in New York, shortly after the first one, said the source. Jude, 37, who most recently starred in "Hamlet" on Broadway, was engaged to Sienna once before in 2006, but the pair broke up after he admitted to having an affair with the nanny of his children. But supposedly, that's all over now.

"They have put the past behind them and want to move on," the source says.

So you tell us, Sienna and Jude haven't always had the most stable relationship, but could it be for real this time? Do you think the two will really tie the knot this summer, or break off the engagement once again? Weigh in below!

Could Simon Cowell have cold feet?

Simon_cowell_mezhgan_250

Could Simon Cowell be second guessing his engagement?

That's what close friends are saying. In fact, some friends are going so far as to say that the "American Idol" judge will never get married to his fiance, Mezhgan Hussainy -- or any other girl for that matter, reports Britain's Mirror.

Insider sources told the newspaper, "He's a bit overwhelmed by the whole marriage thing and has no plans at the moment. He hates everyone talking about it."

Let's hope Mezhgan, a 36-year-old makeup artist doesn't hear about that! Simon, who is 50, proposed to Mezhgan on Valentine's day with a Graff diamond ring, worth a over $425,000.

One of Simon's ex-girlfriends, British pop star, Sinitta, said she was shocked to learn he had gotten engaged last year. "I really don't know if he will go through with it. If he is really true to himself, he probably won't," the singer said.

Sinitta also mentioned that Simon's hectic schedule could delay the wedding. "He is so busy. I just came back from LA and the guy is working non-stop," she said.

Still, other friends insist that Simon's heart is in the right place. "They make a great couple and Simon's intentions are totally genuine," an insider said.

Hearing about the groom getting cold feet isn't a new story -- but has it ever happened to you? Have you or your groom gotten cold feet at any point during the planning process? Or have you been 100% sure the entire time? Take our poll below!

Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton Get Engaged!

Miranda_blake_ring_250

It might be the country wedding of the year!

Singer Blake Shelton has popped the question to his sweetheart, country star Miranda Lambert. The celebs, who have been dating for 5 years, got engaged on Sunday near Miranda's home in Oklahoma, Country Weekly confirms.

And though he might sing about being a "hillbilly," Blake followed tradition and called Miranda's father to ask his permission first.

"He called my dad and got his blessing first," Miranda tells People.com. "That was so Southern and old-school and perfect."

The diamond and platinum ring Blake picked out isn't too shabby either. Miranda says that the ring is "so much more perfect than I could have picked out myself."

Miranda took to Twitter to confirm the news, Tweeting, "Well, Ol' Blake finally got a brain!!!...and, I didn't say no!!" and even posted a photo of her new bling.

The proposal happened in the woods near Lambert's home and was followed by a similarly informal celebration: "We had a couple of Bacardi and Diet Sprites -- in a Solo cup!" Miranda tells People.

It's another high point for Miranda, who recently won Album of the Year and Top Female Vocalist at the ACM Awards. And on Tuesday, Miranda received nominations for 2 CMT Awards, while Blake also received one. Talk about a power couple!

We think the low-key style of the engagement is so perfect for this couple, what do you think? Tell us about your engagement style and how he decided to pop the question below!
