Tom Brady and Giselle Bundchen Finally Confirm Their Engagement

The ongoing engagement speculation regarding New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady and his supermodel girlfriend, Giselle Bundchen, has finally been put to rest. After almost a month of denials, the couple are finally confirming their engagement.

According to People, Brady only recently popped the question. The football star presented his girlfriend with a diamond solitaire engagement ring on Friday. Friends and family received the good news over the weekend.

"He asked and she accepted," says a source. "The couple is discussing a huge fashionista event in the spring or a more intimate and quicker ceremony in Costa Rica, where Gisele has a home."

Brady was previously rumored to be engaged to actress Bridgette Moynahan with whom the couple share a son, John Edward Thomas, who was born in August of 2007.
