Located in the North Male Atoll, this upscale resort boasts 130 individual villas, 12 beaches, 37 private pools, a huge wine cellar, 24 hour airport transfer by yacht, and numerous other luxury amenities, including flat screen TVs, an extensive fitness and wellness center, cooking classes, and wine tasting workshops.

At $1,780 a night, the Reethi Rah certainly isn’t cheap, but is it really worth the hefty price tag? Tripadvisor.com travelers give this 5-star resort four and a half out of five and describe it as, “heaven on earth,” “absolute perfection,” “almost faultless.”

The Reethi Rah might not exactly be in your price range, but with compliments like this, it might be worth saving up for.
