Hot Celebrity Wedding Trends for 2009: Flashy Shoes

Ladies, listen up: If you’re planning on putting on a boring ole’ pair of white shoes for your wedding this year, you might want to reconsider. Heels that pop are the hot item of the moment. Not only in colors, but in sequins and crystal, too.  While Hollywood types are looking to upscale shoe designers to make sure their shoes sparkle and shine (Case in point: Just My Luck actress Bree Turner chose crystal-encrusted Prada pumps for her wedding day), normal brides are opting to extend their wedding color palette right down to their toes.

Bright green pumps are gaining popularity, as are canary-yellow heels, strappy turquoise sandals, and pretty pink wedges. No matter the color you pick, make sure they’re loud, proud, and peeking out from underneath your beautiful white wedding gown!
