Celebrity Bridal Inspiration: Angelina Jolie

Whether you're a Team Jen or Team Angie girl, you have to admit this dress just does it. As the modern anti-bride (lace, sequins, and ruffles just aren't my style) I went ga-ga when I saw Angelina Jolie wearing this white Max Azria gown at the 14th Annual Critic's Choice Awards this week.

With it's clean, fluid lines, sexy side slit, and Grecian-inspired styling, it's everything I want my wedding dress to be -- a red carpet standout! While Ang kept it simple with a sleek ponytail, small diamond earrings and a plain white clutch, I think I'd be tempted to add a splash of color, like a bright pair of heels (check out our Celebrity Weddings Trend Report), a chunky retro bracelet, or even a peacock feathered headband.

Angelina's personal life might court controversy with the critics, but we're betting this dress would earn a standing ovation if you wore it on your wedding day...
