"Hills" Stars Heidi and Spencer Marriage Details Revealed!

Heidispencerjswg_80645609 Something tells us  that Lauren Conrad probably isn't crying her eyes out right now over a missed opportunity to be a bridesmaid.  Sources tell Perez Hilton that Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt eloped over the weekend.

"They got married in Mexico ," snitches an insider.

According to Perez, the couple snuck off and wed in Cabos San Lucas, Mexico on November 20. The famed gossip was able to obtain Heidi and Spencer's vows for the ceremony.

Heidi: From the moment I met you, I knew I wanted to marry you. I never knew love existed like this. You have opened my eyes and shown me a new world. Every moment with you is magical and amazing. You are truly my prince charming and dream guy. I love you with all my heart and soul and promise to be the best wife to you every day for the rest of our lives. I can't wait to see what life brings us. I will always be by your side!"

Spencer: "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth! Your loving warmth makes me want to be a better person. Being with you, I feel complete. I'm honored to even be able to call you my wife. You are the most amazing, loving and caring woman on this planet. I will love you forever and always.

We guess it's no big surprise that this twosome finally tied the knot -- just that they didn't do it in front of the cameras.  The publicity–lovin' duo has been hinting for months that they were ready to say "I do," but rumor has it, they were waiting for MTV to pony up for their own version of Newlyweds.

Congrats to the happy couple. May your life be full of many more (no-so-subtle) publicity stunts and numerous Us Magazine cover stories.

Rachael Ray Whips Up One Miracle Wedding for 33 Couples in Houston

Rachelrayandbrides

You may turn to Rachael Ray for great cooking tips and tricks, but this celebrity chef recently skipped the baking and warmed up her heart instead. She used her resources to help 33 couples from Harris County Texas plan a giant wedding earlier this month.

After popular Houston wedding venue Bella Terraza and the Tuscany unexpectedly closed these couples were left without a place to host their weddings. Some couples had put as much as a $20,000 deposit on the venue when the parent company Titus Inc. filed bankruptcy in early October.

Ray, along with generous contributions from local businesses including the Houston Astros, David's Bridal, Kay's Jewelers and Men's Wearhouse planned the wedding of the year at Minute Maid Park in Houston including wedding gowns and tuxedos, cake, flowers, decorations, professional photography, and a live musical performance from Luther Vandross. Ray also personally created a menu for the reception and each couple received a custom-made cake.

Gretta Monahan, the Rachael Ray show's fashion and style guru, worked with lifestyle contributor Colby Donaldson, to help the brides and grooms choose their wedding attire. Kristan Cunningham, the show's DIY expert, transformed Minute Maid Park into a magical venue for the wedding and reception. Family and friends sat at tables decorated with white roses and lilies and danced on a makeshift dance floor in the outfield.

“I had a pretty great wedding,” Ray told the Houston Chronicle. “But that wedding (in Houston) was the best one I’ve ever been to. It was really overwhelming. It was kind of beyond words.”

Vandross' Here and Now played from the speakers as brides and grooms walked down the aisle and had their names individually announced. With 500 friends and family members watching, the couples simultaneously recited vows and placed rings on each others' fingers.

"If there is a fairy godmother, it is Rachael Ray," said groom Victor Cabungcal. "This is an absolute miracle."

Beyonce Explains Why She Waited Eight Years to Marry Jay-Z

Beyonceandjayzlongkmwg_80023777 After denying all reports of their secret marriage and keeping all the details under wraps, Beyonce finally opens up about why she waited 8 years to marry Jay-Z.

"You have to find a person you can make it through the tough times with. So you have to make sure it's real, and you have to make sure you are honest, that you can be yourself, and find somebody who loves you - not the fantasy of you, but who you really are" the newlywed says in the new December/January issue of Seventeen.

Awarded for Style Star of the Year, Beyonce explained that she was 18 when she first met her now hubby and 19 when they first started dating.

"There was no rush -- no one expected me to run off and get married. I really don't believe that you will love the same thing when you're 20 as you do at 30. So that was my rule: before the age of 25, I would never get married. I feel like you have to get to know yourself, know what you want, spend some time by yourself, and be proud of who you are before you can share that with someone else", she told the mag.

Sounds like Beyonce knew what she wanted when she set up the whole "no marriage before 25" rule. Did you set an age limit on your wedding? Do tell, ladies.

Megan Fox Plans Small Wedding with Brian Austin Green

Meganfox Although recent reports were stating that actress Megan Fox, 21, and her beau, Brian Austin Green, 35, were no longer engaged, Green, who proposed to Fox in 2006, says the couple is still planning to tie the knot.

At the GQ launch party for Sexiest Man of the Year (featuring Fox as GQ’s Obsession of the Year), Green told PEOPLE that "[The ceremony will be] small. Originally we were talking elopement and now we might have a few people there."

Don't expect much more than that for now. The couple is planning on keeping the details hush hush, "You might hear about it the week after," Green added. Boo! Our guess is, the budding starlet will be a super-glam, sexy bride. What do you think?

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Future Hubby Wants Bagpipers At the Their Wedding

Bagpiperjenniferlovewhewitt With her dress already picked out, Jennifer Love Hewitt is almost ready to marry fiancé Ross McCall.

“It’s very simple, I was not one of those people that wanted like the 900 buttons in the back and craziness, just zip me in it and call it a day” JLove said on Access Hollywood.

So we know Jennifer has her gown, but is her groom prepared? The Scotsman is foregoing the traditional kilt ("Thank god," Jennifer added) but Ross isn't abandoning all Scottish wedding traditions.

"He's wanting bag pipers," Jennifer told AH.

We've seen celebs infuse their heritage into their wedding before (Think KT Tunsdall's traditional Scottish ceremony this summer) and it looks like the Hewitt/McCall wedding will also look to Scotland for a little inspiration.

If you are considering hiring professional bagpipers for your wedding take a look at our Scotland Traditions page and get all the research you’ll need on Bagpiper.net, where you’ll also find listings of entertainers in your area.

Pre-Marital Sex: Nick and Mariah Waited, Would You?

Mariahnickelleshoot To go along with the recent abstinence craze (shout out to Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers), London’s Daily Mirror reported earlier this month that newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon waited until they were married to have sex. Mariah told the newspaper that she and Nick “share similar beliefs” so this was the natural choice.

The couple didn’t have to wait too long - they wed after dating for only two months and they just celebrated their six-month anniversary. (For which Nick gifted his lady-love with diamonds -- no surprise there!)

But back to the issue of abstinence before marriage. First, do you believe Mariah, or do you think she’s full of it? Second, does such a pact have much "meaning" if you get married in less than two months? Just asking! I want to hear your thoughts ladies.

Get A Sneak Peak at Elisha Cuthbert's New Role -- Bride

Elishacuthbertweddingmovie Don’t be fooled by this (very convincing!) photo of actress Elisha Cuthbert! These are not exclusive photos from some surprise secret wedding. Elisha was spotted yesterday on the set of her new movie, The Six Wives of Henry Lefay, wearing a wedding gown, veil and tiara. The actress and co-star Tim Allen filmed a wedding scene for the movie -- which is about a woman who has to wrangle all six of her father’s ex-wives while making his funeral arrangements. Sounds like it’s going to be very funny!

Heidi Klum Still Feels Like a Newlywed After Three Years of Marriage

Heidi_kluminstylecover Superstar duo Heidi Klum and Seal have been married for three years now, but according to the supermodel she’s still enjoying the newlywed high. (No shocker here! This pair celebrate their vow renewal every year.) In a recent interview with InStyle magazine, Heidi credits her hubby for keeping the spark lit and the honeymoon phase alive.

"Sometimes I lie in bed and I'm like, 'Oh my god, there's Seal lying next to me. What's he doing there?' " Klum says in the December issue. "I get a smile on my face immediately. Our honeymoon period is definitely not over."

It’s clear to see the admiration is mutual between these two lovebirds. Heidi says Seal’s to thank for her recent style evolutions -- not her modeling career like most would think.

"I want to look good for him," Klum says. "So I kind of stepped it up a bit."

If you catch them in a joint interview, you’ll see that they don’t take themselves too seriously. The fun-loving couple work hard at keeping the excitement factor up in their relationship.

"[We] have date nights," says Heidi. "We go to dinner or to the movies. We like to keep it romantic. Some people wake up in the morning and turn over when they see their mate. That's not us."

Heidi goes on to gush about how much the two have in common – including a love for singing.

"We sing all the time," says the Project Runway host. "He's always rolling his eyeballs because I'm in the wrong key. But I know he's laughing about it too. So I'm not a singer – who cares? Not everyone is Seal!"

Serve Sake at Your Wedding

Sake2me Want an Asian-inspired wedding detail? Take a cue from celebrity journalist Lisa Ling and have a little fun with sake. When Ling married Paul Song the couple received a gorgeous sake cask as a gift from their sushi chef, and old friend.

Check out sake2me, a fun new ready-to-drink infused sake beverage. It’s made from imported junmai sake, the most pure type of sake, and each bottle is single-serve and naturally flavored. A great idea for bridal shower fun or wedding favors, you can even add it together with a sake set for a one-of-a-kind gift for the bride and groom.

Flavor of Love’s "Pumkin" Engaged to Bodyguard

Brookepumkinthompson The reality TV train-wreck, err, star, we all love to hate, Brooke "Pumkin" Thompson, is engaged. After episode-long stints on Next, Blind Date, and Friend or Foe, Brooke made it big on the first season of VH1’s smash reality-hit Flavor of Love. On the show she battled other girls for the heart of rap legend Flava Flav (who named her Pumkin) by competing in the most un-ladylike challenges ever. She became a household name near the end of the season when she spat on another contestant during an elimination ceremony. She followed this classy act with a role on the show’s sequel Flavor of Love: Charm School where she was later eliminated for being the “whore of charm school”, according to comedian and host Mo’Nique. Brooke most recently appeared on VH1’s new show I Love Money.

Perez Hilton reports that Brooke’s engaged to bodyguard Evan Doty. Rumor has it that the couple have already sent out invites requesting guests attend their wedding on April 18, 2009 in her hometown of Bakersfield, California. My guess is that this D-lister will break every etiquette rule in the book, so stay tuned ladies!
