Bridal Registries of the Rich and Famous

Peteashleecandid Mariah Carey isn’t the only celebrity who doesn’t shy away from having a bridal registry. With all the hoopla surrounding her extravagant Bergdorf  list, we thought it was only fair to highlight a few other A-list registries.

While star couples like Nicole Kidman  and Keith Urban ,Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller and Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson have all opted out of traditional gifts in favor of creating their own charity registries, other Hollywood bride and grooms like Eva Longoria and husband of one year Tony Parker, opt for mega- luxury items well out of the average guest’s price range. According to Extra!, the couple went high-class with a Tiffany and Co. registry that included platinum band dinnerware for 12, a sterling silver scalloped bowl costing $1,500, and sterling silver cocktail sticks for about $100 each.

On a completely different end of the spectrum, actress Elizabeth Hurley, who married businessman Arun Nayar in 2007, registered for livestock. Yep, the couple’s guests were given the chance to contribute to her new organic farming venture by gifting her with chickens, cows, and other farm animals, reports Radaronline.com. The most valuable farm friend on the list was a Gloucester Old Spot Pig that cost $250. Who needs China when you can have Babe?
